Impact is a CIMS and CIMS-GB Certified Firm. We first achieved this certification in 2009 and we re-certified with honours in 2011. We have maintained this certification with honours ever since.

Impact is IICRC Certified for all remediation, restoration and carpet care services. We've held this certification for over 20 years. This certifies that all our carpet, upholstery, and remediation technicians are certified in industry leading best practices.
