If we had to distill our success to one single attribute, it would be our team. 

We come from different countries, cultures, and cleaning experiences.

We’re extremely proud to say that we have always been a company that celebrates our differences. Our diversity was never a mandate or a quota. We just focused on finding good people with good ideas and good intentions, and this is where we ended up. Everyone at Impact has a unique background and perspective, and we encourage everyone to be proud of who they are, what they believe, and what they value.
