I work for Impact and I have a question, who can I speak to?
You have a few options to chose from. Generally the first point of contact should be your manager. You can typically reach them by phone or email and their contact info should be posted at your work location.

I didn't receive my paystub
We send your paystubs electronically. You should be receiving them to the email you provided when you were hired by Impact.

What is the Impact Cleaning App?
The Impact Cleaning App is our workforce management platform. It allows us to manage our entire operations from one easy to use app. Everyone who works at Impact, from Executives to Cleaning Associates, are required to be on the app.
Through the app we can all communicate, we share updates and events, we assign task, we schedule shifts, present awards and recognitions, and give out rewards for exceptional performers.

What is EPay?
EPay is the time clocking system we presently use. When you arrive to work you are required to either punch in, or call in, depending on the location.
If you are having any issues punching in or calling in please advise your supervisor asap.
What Employee Events does Impact host?
We host a bunch of events! We really appreciate everything that you do for us and we do our best to curate cool events that you'll enjoy.
We prefer not to share them publicly since there is a ton of planning and work that goes into organizing these events.
If you want to find out more about our events you can log into the Impact Cleaning App and see a list of all events under the "Events" section. From there you can RSVP to any event you'd like.

What is the standard of cleaning in my office?
Great question! This varies depending on the property and property management company.
We have Scope's of Work and Service Level Agreements based on each of our properties unique needs. If you are unsure what level of service you should be receiving we would be happy to share these details with you.
I really like the cleaning staff, how can we recognize them for their exceptional service?
We love to hear it! We actively look for opportunities to reward our amazing cleaning teams. If you have an exceptional performer please email us at hello@impact.ca and let us know the property your located at, the suite you're in, as well as the cleaning associates first name. We'll take it from there and recognize that team member straight away.

Do you offer other services outside of cleaning and facility services?

Who does Impact buy supplies from?
We have a few key suppliers that we work with. Presently we work with a multi-national supplier, as well as a few suppliers at the local level. Who we work with at your property depends largely on your specific needs, and which supplier we feel can support the product and logistical requirements.
I'm a supplier, will Impact buy from me?
We'll have a conversation with everyone. If you have a compelling product, or value proposition, we're happy to hear you out. If you'd like to chat you can fill out the authorized service provider form here.
I'm a service provider, can I work for Impact?
You certainly can! We're always looking for new service providers to join our network. That being said, we take our vendor network very seriously. In order to become an Authorized Service Provider there are certain criteria you must meet. To find out more please complete the ASP Form and someone from our team will be in touch.
